Lexington County, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies Thursday arrested a West Columbia chiropractor again in connection with a third accusation of inappropriately touching a patient.

Deputies now say Ronald Jeffrey Shows, 51 is accused of improperly touching the private parts of an 18-year-old woman in November of 2010.  He was formally charged with two counts of second-degree assault and battery.

Investigators say the assault took place at his office on Leaphart Road.

At the time of his arrest, deputies say he was treating patients at his office.

He's been released a day earlier on $30,000 bail on charges that he assaulted two other female patients.
