A Turbotville chiropractor faces more charges of indecent assault and exposure after two additional women came forward with allegations.

One of the women told police she was attacked June 14, the same day the doctor allegedly assaulted two other women at his Milton practice. The identities of the women are being withheld because of the nature of the case.

Dr. James Lee Carl, 35, of 1254 White Hall Road, Turbotville, was charged July 7 with indecent assault without consent and indecent exposure in one case and indecent assault in the other.

Carl already faced three counts of indecent assault without consent and one count of indecent exposure, all misdemeanors, for allegedly sexually assaulting two patients at his Milton practice within hours of each other on June 14.

A third woman told police that Carl had sexually assaulted her June 14, the same day as the other victims. She gave police a three-page written statement on June 18.

As with the first two victims, the woman said she arrived for a scheduled appointed with Carl and noted the secretary wasn’t there that day, the affidavit stated.

Carl took the woman into an examination room and asked about a recent surgical procedure she’d had. She showed Carl the scar, at which point he grabbed and pulled down her clothing, exposing her breasts, police said in the court documents. Caught off-guard, the woman said she pulled her clothing back up; Carl told her it was OK and “he wanted to see her beauty.”

He then told the woman to lie on her stomach and began massaging her neck and shoulders and said he’d been having dreams about her. According to the affidavit, the woman said she could feel Carl’s hands touch her inappropriately. He continued his actions after having the woman roll onto her back and saying that sex with her would be great, according to the statement.
