King's family was featured in 2005 on the FOX Network's "Nanny 911" show and a special spin-off show called "Marriage 911."
King, 49, of Goshen, pleaded guilty Wednesday in City Court to two counts of attempted forcible touching in connection with two victims. That includes the woman who first came forward to report his conduct to Middletown police.
At the time, King was treating the woman at Dolson Avenue Medical. The practice terminated him shortly after his May 20, 2008, arrest.
The woman had gone to Dolson Avenue Medical for physical therapy and chiropractic treatment for chronic pain from back surgery and a degenerative spinal condition. She told police that after a treatment, King made suggestive remarks and groped her breast. After his arrest, other women came forward with similar stories.
The first woman said King's plea gives her a sense of vindication.
"I'm relieved, and I am very pleased he admitted it," she said. She said she hopes King gets the maximum punishment under the plea, and that he loses his license.
It is the policy of the Times Herald-Record not to reveal the names of victims of sexual abuse.
King's lawyer, James Monroe, declined to comment on the guilty plea.
