JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) - A southern Indiana chiropractor is facing more child sex charges. Authorities in Clark County filed seven new charges against 38-year-old Robert Matthew Nolan this week.
According to Clark County deputy prosecutor Brittany Blau, the new charges are a continuation of the charges filed against him in Floyd County.
Court papers obtained by WAVE 3 accuse Nolan of molesting and forcing a family member to have oral sex with him at his offices in Clarksville and Jeffersonville from 2005 to 2008. Nolan is already accused in Clark County of inappropriately touching and kissing four patients.
"After the young lady read the report in the paper saw it on the news, she went to her mom and said well I believe it because it also happened to me," said Blau.
